High-quality polyethylene film must meet relevant hygiene standards and have good heat resistance and chemical stability to avoid releasing harmful substances at high temperatures or when in contact with food. At the same time, auxiliary materials such as adhesives used in the production process should also be non-toxic and harmless products to ensure the overall safety of paper bowls.

Environmental performance also plays an important role in the selection of raw materials. With the improvement of public environmental awareness, consumers' demand for environmentally friendly paper bowls is increasing. Therefore, when selecting raw materials, priority is given to renewable and biodegradable materials, such as recycled paper fiber, bagasse or bamboo. These materials not only reduce dependence on virgin resources and reduce environmental impact, but also conform to the concept of sustainable development. For example, bamboo, as a natural material, has excellent biodegradability and safety.
