The storage conditions of raw materials must also be strictly controlled to prevent them from getting damp, moldy or otherwise contaminated. The base paper should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid mold growth caused by high humidity. In addition, during the production process, the use specifications of raw materials must be strictly followed to ensure that each batch of materials is strictly tested and meets the corresponding hygiene standards.

The optimization of the production process is a key link to ensure the hygienic performance of paper bowls. In the production process of paper bowls, every step from die-cutting paper, bending and joining to thermal synthesis must be strictly operated in accordance with hygiene standards. In the thermal synthesis link, precise control of parameters such as temperature and pressure is crucial to ensure that the various parts of the paper bowl are tightly combined to prevent gaps or holes, thereby avoiding food leakage and bacterial growth.
